XI Class Admission 2025-2026
The XI Class Admission for the 2025-2026 session is a well-organized process. It is managed centrally by the Ministry of Education through xiclassadmission.gov.bd. The process starts after the SSC results are announced. Students apply online, and selections are made based on their SSC results. There is no admission test for College Admission. However, Notre Dame College, Holy Cross College, Saint Joseph College and Saint Gregory College will complete the Class XI Admission through an Admission Test. They are not in the Central Admission System. The XI Class Admission process includes three phases of applications, merit lists, and migrations. XI Class Admission Circular
The XI Class Admission Circular for 2025-2026 provides all the rules and guidelines for the process. The Ministry of Education publishes it and it is available on xiclassadmission.gov.bd. The circular outlines eligibility, application fees, and important instructions. It applies to all education boards in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, and Madrasah. Application Eligibility

How to Apply
Applying for XI Class Admission is simple and can be done online through xiclassadmission.gov.bd. The process is user-friendly, and students can apply from home. Below are the steps to apply online.
- Visit the Website: Go to xiclassadmission.gov.bd.
- Sign Up: Click on “Apply Now” and enter your SSC roll number, registration number, board, and passing year.
- Provide Mobile Number: Enter a valid mobile number (yours or your guardian’s). You will receive a temporary password via SMS and a user ID via email.
- Log In: Use the user ID and password to log in. Create a new password if required.
- Fill the Form: Enter personal details, academic information, and select 5 to 10 colleges in order of preference.
- Pay the Fee: Pay BDT 150 using mobile banking (bKash, Rocket, Nagad) or other options like Sonali Sheba.
- Submit Application: Review all details and click “Submit.” You will receive a confirmation SMS with a transaction ID.

XI Class Admission Result 2025
The XI Class Admission Result for 2025-2026 is published in three phases. Each phase releases a merit list based on SSC results and college preferences. There are also two migration results for students who want to move to a higher-preference college. Results are available on xiclassadmission.gov.bd and via SMS.
Each Step Results, Merit List and Migration Result will be released on the Scheduled Date and Time. It will be released through the XI Class Admission System official website. Selected Students will also be informed via SMS. SMS will be sent to the Mobile Number mentioned on the Application Form. To check the Merit List and Migration Result online, follow the steps below.
- Go to xiclassadmission.gov.bd.
- Click “Login” and enter your EDU ID and password.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Your result, including the selected college, will be displayed.
- Selected students receive an SMS with their result details.
You can also check migration results on the same website. If you are not selected, you can reapply in the next phase without paying the application fee again.
Selection Confirmation
Once selected, students must confirm their admission on xiclassadmission.gov.bd. This step is mandatory to secure your seat. Here’s how to confirm:
- Pay Confirmation Fee: Pay BDT 335 (excluding service charges) for board registration and other fees via mobile banking or other options.
- Confirm Online: Log in to the website, go to the dashboard, and follow the confirmation instructions.
- Deadline: Confirm within the specified time for each phase, or your selection will be canceled.
If your college changes due to migration, you don’t need to confirm again. Failure to confirm cancels your application, but you can reapply in the next phase.
Final Admission
The final admission process starts after all merit lists and migration results are published. It takes place from 7 September 2025 to 14 September 2025. Students must visit their selected college in person to complete admission. Required documents include:
- SSC mark sheet and certificate
- Recent passport-size photos
- Admission confirmation receipt
- Other documents as specified by the college
Pay the admission fee (maximum BDT 10,000, minimum BDT 5,000, depending on the college). Colleges must provide a receipt for all payments. After admission, classes for the 2025-2026 session begin on September 15, 2025. Check the college notice board or xiclassadmission.gov.bd for specific instructions.

Congratulations! If you are happy with your allocated college, you must confirm your selection. This process is called Nishchayan (নিশ্চায়ন).
You must pay a non-refundable registration fee (the amount will be specified in the official circular) through a mobile financial service like bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. You must complete this payment within the specified deadline after the result is published.
If you fail to complete the Nishchayan within the given timeframe, your selection and application will be automatically canceled. You will have to apply again in the next phase if you still wish to secure a seat.
Auto-Migration is an automated process that may move you to a college higher on your preference list if a seat becomes available. For example, if you were selected for your 4th choice college but a seat opens up in your 2nd or 3rd choice, the system might automatically upgrade you. You do not need to apply for it separately.
The 1st Migration Result will be published along with the 2nd Merit List on 28 August 2025. It shows the updated college placements for students from the 1st Merit List whose college choices have been upgraded through auto-migration.
The 2nd Merit List will be published on 28 August 2025. This list is for students who were not selected in the 1st Merit List.
The 3rd Merit List and 2nd Migration Result will be released on 3 September 2025.
The Final Migration Result will be released on 5 September 2025, which finalizes the college placements for all students.
The final step is to complete your admission at the college you have been finally allocated to. The period for final admission is from 7 September to 14 September 2025.
